Our Teachers All teachers at our Blaine County tuition-free public classical charter school will be fully certified by the state of Idaho.  There is no exception, no loophole, and no compromise on quality. Their Certifications Idaho law gives charter schools two rigorous pathways to certification—both of which exceed basic expectations: Standard Certification:  The same pathway used by traditional public and private school teachers across the state. Charter Certification: An equally demanding alternative that still requires:  - A minimum of a 4-year bachelor’s degree.    - Full FBI criminal background check and fingerprinting.   - Ongoing, extensive professional development every year.   Our classrooms will be led by a dynamic mix of teachers who hold both standard and charter certifications.  Excellence isn’t about choosing one path.
